With a differentiated management model and a consistent business plan, the Deville Hotel Chain is among the largest groups in the Brazilian hotel accommodation sector. Currently, the chain has nine units. In 2014, Deville will have a further two hotels: one in Campo Grande, capital of Mato Grosso do Sul, and another in Campinas, major business center in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The investment, made with company funds, totals approximately R$ 80 million.
The group grows by way of building facilities, acquisition or lease of existing hotels, which increases the responsibility in venture management.
