Mandatory use for admission in the rooms and common areas of the venue.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Convention center, Foyers and Toilets.
Delegates are kindly requested to switch off mobile phones in the rooms where scientific sessions are being held.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Will be available online at the congress website (sbicongressos.com/immuno2014) 15 days after the event.
English is the official language of the event – There will not be simultaneous translation in the congress.
The Congress Secretariat/Registration Desk will be available for new registrations, information and distribution of documentation during the dates and times as follows:
October 18 from 3pm until 7pm
October 19 from 8am until 6pm
October 20-21 from 8:30am until 6pm
October 22 from 8:30am until 1pm
The presentation material of the speakers must be delivered prior to 2 (two) hours, seeking for a good assistance and proper organization in the AV system. The schedule will be the same as the secretariat.
The Organizing Committee invites all participants of the Scientific Activities to strictly follow the schedule of their presentations.

Badges will be in the name of the Exhibitor´s company. Additional badges will be charged at a cost of R$ 50,00 for Exhibitors.
The hotel restaurant is located by the pool area and several restaurants can be found within the hotel area.
