DESCRIPTION AND RULES
The aim of the SBI Immunology Course 2014 is provide to the attendees (professionals, post-doctoral fellows and students) a conceptual basis of selected themes of Immunology, taught by world-renowned immunologists. The course will be held at the congress venue as pre-meeting event organized in eight free lectures, which themes were chosen based on the scientific program of the meeting. The course will have a restrict number of participants that will be selected by the Education Committee from the applications.
1- Trainees could be a professional/post-doctoral fellow or students (Undergraduate, Master, Ph.D.).
2- Trainees must be registered at the SBI Annual Congress and attendance at the meeting is mandatory.
3- Trainees must submit an application to the SBI Annual Congress, which will be evaluated for attendance to the course.
Participants and Schedule
The course will be held at the meeting venue on October 17 (afternoon) and 18 (morning) organized in free lectures restrict up to 150 trainees.
Please submit course application by logging into your account at Registration system of SBI Annual Congress, choosing YES at “Want to apply to Immunology Course?”. All documents should be uploaded as a single combined PDF file.
Please include the following in the application package:
1- A cover letter clearly designating “SBI Immunology Course 2014” and including the following information:
- Full name (first, middle initial, last);
- Title and affiliation;
2- Letter of intention to attend the SBI Immunology Course 2014;
3- Applicant’s short curriculum vitae (up to 3 pages), including current position and relevant publications.
Application Deadline: August 11th, 2014.
1- Attendees will be selected from the applications by the SBI Education Committee.
2- SBI is not responsible for costs of registration, travel and lodging for SBI Annual Congress.
3- SBI reserves the right to change the content of this regulation, including dates without prior notice.
4- Immunology course trainees authorize the SBI to use the image in any media without burdening costs on image rights and/or copyright.
