An official document stating your academic status (undergraduate, master or PhD student) Fail to prove your status will incur in full payment or cancellation of the registration without refund.
SUBSTITUTION OF REGISTRANTS
Substitutions of registrants are authorized until September, 19th. Please send your request by email:email@example.com
After the registration process you should receive a confirmation within 10 working days. If you do not receive, please contact the Secretariat – Department of Registration – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure your email is valid; all the information for the event will be sent to you by email. Consider checking your spam box in case you do not receive any info from us.
After the deadline, registrations can only be made on site at the Secretariat.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email@example.com) by September 19th, 2014. In case payment has already been made, 70% of the total amount will be reimbursed up to 30 days after the event and 30% will be held as administrative fees. After this date, no reimbursements are allowed.
